    Frames  -  Our excellent selection of about 500 frames are of the highest quality made by some of the finest manufacturers in the optical industry. So if your frames break under normal wearing conditions for any reason just bring in the broken frame and we will be happy to replace it with the same frame if available (otherwise equal or lessor value) free of charge once in a 12 month period from the date of purchase.*** This warranty does not include loss, theft of hairline scratches which have no effects on vision.
    Lenses  -  Our lens treatments are the highest quality, hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. We will be happy to replace lenses purchased with scratch resistant coating or defective lenses free of charge once in a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Lens replacement must be the original prescription. This warranty does not cover loss of theft or hairline scratches that have no effects on vision.
    Anti-Reflective / Anti-Glare Lenses  -  if purchased also has a warranty against manufacturer's defects and may be replaced as needed within a 12 month period from date of purchase. Lens replacement must be the original prescription. This warranty does not cover loss of theft or hairline scratches that have no effects on vision.
    

PRESCRIPTION GUARANTEE  -  We also stand behind our eyewear in that we guarantee that the prescription of your glasses is just what the Doctor prescribed for you. If you are having any visual problems with your new eyewear purchase we encourage you to contact our office asap as we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments or corrections.


25% OFF SECOND PAIR  -  We understand that one pair of glasses isn't always enough, every patients vision is unique and sometimes a second or third pair is a necessity. A progressive for work, polarized sunglasses for driving or the beach, computer glasses, reading glasses or a year supply of contact lenses may all be necessary for optimal vision in variable circumstances. In order to make those extra pairs of glasses or year supply of contacts more affordable for our patients we are pleased to offer 25% off those purchases within 30 days of original purchase for the same patient.


30 DAY "NO RISK" WARRANTY  -  If you decide you don't like the glasses you have chosen for any reason you may exchange them for another pair within 30 days of original purchase.***


CONTACT LENS GUARANTEE  -  The Doctors at Conejo Family Eyecare are experienced and devoted to providing optimal contact lens fitting for our patients. If for any reason you become dissatisfied with your soft disposable contact lenses purchased in our office we will be happy to refit you to a more suitable lens and exchange your boxes to the new brand or give you credit towards a future purchase. In most cases exchanges / credits are limited to unopened boxes of contacts that are in sellable condition and at least 1 year from their expiration date.


FREE CONTACT LENS ORDER SHIPPING  -  We are pleased to offer free shipping directly to your home or office of most soft disposable contact lenses (some must be checked by doctor prior to being dispensed or shipped) when patients order a year supply of the contact lens prescription.


***  If your frame is not available because the manufacturer has discontinued the frame, we will supply you with a replacement frame of equal of lesser value. If you choose a frame of lens treatment type costing more than the original pair you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If you choose a frame or lens treatment type costing less than the original pair we are unable to issue refunds due to additional lab and shipping costs incurred.
