EXCLUSIVE TWO-YEAR WARRANTY - We appreciate your confidence in our quality eyecare and eyecare products. You can be assured your eyewear is the finest quality available and that is why we are pleased to offer our two-year warranty on frames and lenses.
Frames - Our excellent selection of frames are of the highest quality made by some the finest manufacturers in the optical industry. So if your frames break under normal wearing conditions for any reason just bring in the broken frame and we will be happy to replace it free of charge once in a 24 month period from date of purchase*. This warranty does not cover loss, theft or hairline scratches which have no effects on vision.
Lenses - Our lens treatments are the highest quality, hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. We will be happy to replace lenses purchased with scratch resistant coating or defective lenses free of charge once in a 24 month period from date of purchase. Lens replacement must be the original prescription. This warranty does not cover loss or theft or hairline scratches which have no effect on vision.
Anti-reflective coating, if purchased, also has a warranty against manufacturer's defects. These lenses may be replaced as needed within a 24 month period.
We also stand behind our eyewear in that we guarantee that the prescription of your glasses is just what the Doctor as prescribed for you. We do ask that you please notify our office within two months of purchase if you are having any difficulties with your prescription eyewear.
25% OFF SECOND PAIR - We understand that one pair of glasses isn't always enough, every patients vision is unique and sometimes a second or third pair is a necessity. A progressive for work, polarized sunglasses for driving or the beach, computer glasses, reading glasses or a years supply of contact lenses may all be necessary for optimal vision in variable circumstances. In order to make that second or third pair more affordable for our patients we are pleased to offer 25% off successive pairs of glasses or year supply of contact lenses purchased within 30 days of original purchase.
30-DAY "NO RISK" WARRANTY - If you decide you don't like the glasses you chose for any reason you may exchange them for another pair within 30 days*.
CONTACT LENS GUARANTEE - The doctors at Conejo Family Eyecare are experienced and devoted to providing optimal contact lens fitting for our patients. If for any reason you become dissatisfied with your soft disposable contact lenses purchased in our office we will be happy to refit you to a more suitable contact lens and exchange your boxes to the new brand or give you credit twords a future purchase. In most cases exchanges are limited to unopened boxes of contacts that are in sellable condition and at least 1 year from expiration date.
FREE CONTACT LENS SHIPPING - We are pleased to offer free shipping directly to your home or office of most soft disposable contact lenses (some lenses must be checked by doctor prior to being dispensed) when patients order a year supply of the prescription.

* If your frame is not available because the manufacturer has discontinued the frame, we will supply you with a replacement frame of equal or lesser value. If you choose a frame or lens treatment type costing more than the original pair you will be responsible for difference in cost. If you choose a frame or lens treatment type costing less than original pair no refunds will be given due to additional lab and shipping costs incurred.
